Al\u0131n kaynak makinesi 4-32 Bar\u2019a kadar HDPE \u2013 PP \u2013 PVDF boru ve fittingslerin (ek par\u00e7a) 40-2800 mm \u00e7aplar\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. ISO 12176 \u2013 1 Uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun olarak operasyonel en k\u0131sa kuruluma sahip, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, kolay ve seri kaynak imkan\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>HDPE, di\u011fer alternatiflerine oranla daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131, daha esnek, daha hafif bir malzeme oldu\u011fundan end\u00fcstrinin yeni g\u00f6zbebe\u011fi olmu\u015f bir hammaddedir. Borular \u0131s\u0131t\u0131l\u0131rken bir sorun \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ihtimaline kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flem s\u0131ras\u0131nda makineden uzak durulmal\u0131d\u0131r. HDPE, \u201c<em>High Density Polyetylene<\/em>\u201din k\u0131salt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f formudur. Bunlardan ilki polimerizasyon y\u00f6ntemidir. Bu y\u00f6ntem ile hammaddenin elde edilebilmesi i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Koordinasyon polimerizasyonunda, 50-75 \u00b0C aras\u0131nda bir s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve al\u00e7ak bas\u0131n\u00e7ta katalitik sentez yap\u0131l\u0131r. Kataliz\u00f6r olarak heptanda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f, titan tetraklorid ve al\u00fcminyum alkil kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Polimerizasyonun \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 so\u011futma i\u015flemi ile giderilir. \u0130\u015flem sonras\u0131nda ele ge\u00e7irilen polimer formu toz ve yahut gran\u00fcl olabilir. Hammadde s\u0131v\u0131 ortamdan s\u00fcz\u00fclerek kurutma i\u015flemine ge\u00e7er. Kurutma i\u015fleminden sonra ambalajlan\u0131r al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bekler.<\/p>\n<p>HDPE sentezinde takip edilebilecek olan bir di\u011fer yol ise &#8220;metal oksit kataliz\u00f6rl\u00fc polimerizasyon&#8221; y\u00f6ntemidir. Bu y\u00f6ntemde \u00f6nce etilen gaz\u0131 parafinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr sonras\u0131nda 60-200 \u00b0C aras\u0131nda bir s\u0131cakl\u0131kta 35 atm. bas\u0131n\u00e7 alt\u0131nda belirli bir s\u00fcre bekletilir. Belirli bir s\u00fcre sonra so\u011futma i\u015flemi yap\u0131l\u0131r ve buharla\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemi onu takip eder. En nihayetinde \u00fcr\u00fcn elde edilir.<\/p>\n<p>HDPE, %90 oran\u0131nda kristal haldedir. Ana zincir en az 200 karbon atomludur. Yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sertli\u011finin yap\u0131nda suya ve kimyasal maddelere g\u00f6re diren\u00e7lidir. HDPE\u2019nin mekanik \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7ok iyidir. \u00d6zellikle darbelere ve \u00e7ekmelere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra korozyona ve a\u015f\u0131nmaya g\u00f6re de diren\u00e7li\u011fi oldu\u011fundan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in di\u011fer maddelerle k\u0131yaslan\u0131nca avantaj sa\u011flar.<br \/>\nHafif ve esnek oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 kurulum kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sayede de yap\u0131lacak i\u015fte zaman ve enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flar. Ayr\u0131ca kendini ya\u011flama \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda toz ve kir tutmama gibi bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Kendisi donmaya kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda i\u00e7inde tan\u0131\u015fan ve korunan maddenin donmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<h3>HDPE Nerelerde Kullan\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h3>\n<p>HDPE, \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahiptir. Boru \u00fcretiminde en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan hammaddelerden biridir. Gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m borular\u0131, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 borular, \u015fi\u015feler, bidonlar, variller, beyaz e\u015fya, makine par\u00e7alar\u0131, yal\u0131tkan maddeler, oyuncaklar, elektrik ve elektronik e\u015fyalar vs. \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r.
